So Im in the process of schasing up my missing in-game purchase.
ROS replied with
"2. For payment issue and lose guest account issue, from 27 March 2018, please submit ticket in our in-game service system by entering the game - "Settings" - "CS Center". This is to provide better solution to the issues since that service system will have your game account information and automatic game account verification for more speedy and more accurate checking and follow-up."
After I failed to find the CS center in game... I sent another email. This is the reply I have received.
"Hi Survivor,
Thank you for contacting us here.Please click "Settings",then you will see the "CS Center"on the right of the Nationality.
If any other questions,please feel free to contact us again.Thank you for your support."
I cant seem to find it anything in n game... Where is this CS Center in the game?
Does anyone here experience the same thing?
