hi i know i came late but i hope i can help u with this prob of urs ..
1- go to your  ros install folder ..then check the ccmini folder (the app responsible of communication in-game)
if it is there and all files are in there withe the ccmini.exe and all dlls .
2- allow ccmini.exe through your firewall so it can connect you to internet .or u can deactivate ur firewall completely while u play the game
3-that's it now u can talk and hear ingame .
am pretty sure that's the main reason if not or u find it hard to understand or to follow me then u can contact me in fb to help u

That's if your OS is Win 10, and some of people does't want turn on firewall because it had an auto update on it. so when you turn off it will block like he said ccmini.exe on firewall

Hey guys,

Can u guys help me to figure it out why my ros on pc not have sound, but sometimes i can hear people speak on the mic, but the sound effects and also the music not comes out. i already fast, detailed repair and also re-install the game still cannot, and some blog said i have to download directx but my com already have directx 12 and compatible to windows 10.
all my equipments works very well on other games.

u guys have same problem with me? and how u guys fix it?

Hi. i have found solution for this problem.
i just allow ccmini.exe on firewall. and it solved the issue
im using win 7 OS

Start>control panel>system and security>windows firewall>allow a program or feature through windowdows firewall>change settings>click allow another program>then browse the ccmini.exe
