Microphone does not work in the game

The ccmini.exe application is not running, so I am unable to communicate via audio within the game.
I already authorized it on the firewall, but it still won't start.
I have already formatted the computer, I have already erased and installed the game, I have tried everything, the microphone does not work, if someone can help me I appreciate it.
note: the microphone works in other games normally.

Have you tried checking your controls setup on your pc? It might have been muted
