Good day! My account got banned for quite some time now, I filed an appeal already and nothing happened. The question is why my account got banned, I never ever even use cheat in the game. Please help me, I cannot track my player ID cuz I cannot proceed in game. Please be responsible with your action admins. I suggest you must double check and verify before banning someone.
