Their mistake and we are the one who suffer without knowing. What kind of devs they have on this game? I suggest they should stop hiring clowns as a devs on their company.

1st: There's a Ban Appeal Section here but the Forum Admins remove it....

2nd: There's Also another New Ban Appeal Link just click it and a new tab will appear just click some Request there and put your account ID there..... BUT it feels nothing happens if you send your ban appeals there...

3rd: there's Also LATEST Ban Appeal through the Game........you Tried that already and im really really don't know if they gonna investigate your account ..... because that Auto-Reply BOT will keep replying you with the same Answers...

ahhh.... you know WE Tried them many Times.... all of them but it's feels Broken.... and also There's NO News about the Account Released from Permanent Banned...

but your Account was only Temporary Banned lets just Hope it will not get Permanent....

This is also the same pic of what happen to me before I got banned. The backpack that turned to black, I just hope they fix it in the next update.

Is it true? only because of rostopia you got banned? If it's true, then there's something wrong with their banning system.

Yes it seems that there is a problem on the banning system. I've stuck on the train machine gun and I hit "report bug" multiple times and I got banned for 10days for Abnormal data. Hope devs can fixed this issue or whales will quit this game.

Exact thing happened to me! Before I got banned. Some of the game details did not load properly including the map and the scope all turns black, I assume it's because of high ping. I can't see the drop locations in the map, just the labels but you can still play so I continued. Then right after the game I got banned. So unfair. Not even my fault. I suggest they notify the player first via in-game mail that the account is under review then prevent them from playing by disabling the 'Ready' button then if proven that the player did something against their rules thats the time they should ban the whole account. They can prevent false ban by reviewing each game of those who got reported or accused with abnormal data.

Amazing right? We are the one whose suffering, but we are also the one getting punished by their own mistake. We didn't even get any benefits on that bug instead we got a hard time dealing with it.
