I don't think they will add the Iron Sight view feature. Someone already suggested this and I believe that one of the Administrators replied that it is not, rather it will destroy the "type" of gameplay for RoS. If I can remember correctly, it was about the uniqueness of the game, I think. But yeah, guess that's never gonna happen. (:

I wish that there is selection either you want to use it or not in the option for the other player to choose either they like it or not.
