The tournament is composed of 5 stages: Registration (June 26th - 30th), Qualifier (July 2nd - 7th), Practice Stage (July 10th - 13th), Group Stage (July 19th-20th), Grand Final (July 21st)
>Please read through the following rule set carefully and thoroughly:
[Sign-up Rules] 1. The Registration Period is 00:00, Jun 26th - 24:00, Jun 30th (GMT+8). Clan Leaders are expected to sign-up via Rules of Survival PC Client at their earliest convenience. 2. Players must form a squad of four to participate in this competition, and assign a Clan Leader to register for the clan.
3. Sign-up must be completed via Rules of Survival in-game registration feature in the Contests Menu (Located in Bottom Left Corner of the Lobby).
4. Participants must be at least sixteen (16) years old or the minimum age of maturity in his or her specific jurisdiction of residence, at the time of entry.
5. All participants must be legal resident of their country and region. Please ensure everyone registered in your clan meet the aforesaid age and nationality requirement, or he or she will be disqualified from the competition. Any prize money won will be forfeited with no exception.
6. The correlation between country and its division is as follows:
SEA General Division: Singapore, Malaysia, Burma, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, East Timor
7. Players can only join (1) Clan.
8. Please refer to the in-game tournament page to check your registration status.
9. Confirmation will be sent to all squad members via in-game mail once the registration is done.
10. Players who participate in this competition must entrust their Clan Leaders to communicate with Top Clans Tournament Official Committee, and to provide their accurate personal information such as email address and identity information. The Top Clans Tournament Official Committee will not be responsible for certain failures, such as Clan Leaders fill in the wrong or inaccurate information that results in their clans failing to participate or receiving the prize.
11. The information you submit for the registration will only be used for contact, examination of eligibility, administration affairs and identity verification. For any purposes related to payment fulfillment and further identity verification, Top Clans Tournament Official Committee may reach out to Clan Leader to collect further personal and bank information (inclusive but not limit to ID information) at specific phases of the competition.
12. Please ensure all the information entered for the registration is correct, especially Clan Leaders' e-mail address. Providing a valid email address is crucial as it will act as the main contact channel. Top Clans Tournament Official Committee will inform Clan Leaders of future match schedule and modified rules via email and your response is highly anticipated to confirm clan's presence.
[Prize Pool] 1.The Total Prize Pool for Top Clans Season 3 is 8,000 USD. The full prize breakdown is as follows:
2. To receive prize money via wiring transfer, Clan Leader must submit correct personal and bank information and cooperate with Top Clans Tournament Official Committee within the requested time frame.
3. Any prize money awarded to participants shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, VAT, withholding tax, surcharges, bank charges, service fees and any other expenses of similar nature.
4. Participants who are eligible for any prize money should be solely responsible for all payment occurred from any authorities within jurisdiction in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. The prize money is expected to be processed within 90 days once the personal and bank information has been received and confirmed by Top Clans Tournament Official Committee.
6. Clan Leaders are held solely accountable for distributing the prize money to their fellow clan members at their earliest convenience once the wire transfer is complete.
[Qualifiers] 1. From July 2nd - 7th, registered clan need to participate in Squad Ranked game to obtain daily Rank Points.
2. Total of 20 clans will be choosen from the Qualifier Stage. Slots are locked per region as follows:
3. If a clan participates in multiple matches in a single day, the points of the best 2 matches will be recorded as the clan's results of that day.
4. Clans will advance to the next phase based on their total points accumulated throughout the Qualifier Phase.
5. The equation of how the Rank Point is calculated: (Ranking Score per match + Kills Score per match) x Average Coefficient of your clan. Please check the Coefficient table as follows:
6. The Coefficient will only be applicable with-in Qualifier stage. Your Coefficient ratio is based on your tier at the time when registration ends.
7. To check your real-time ranking and score please refer to in-game event page (within Contests menu).
8. If two clans obtain the same points, total kills and damage will be the judgment criteria.
[Practice Stage] 1. The Practice Stage will be held online on the Rules of Survival Channel on July 10th - 13th at 7:00 pm (GMT+8), after the annoucement of 40 clans that have advanced to the Group Stage.
2. 3 rounds will be held each day, Tournament participants will have 10 min priority to join the custom room.
3. The clan can choose to attend the Practice or not, which won't affect their score or any existing result.
[Group Stage]
2. 40 Clans will be divided into 2 groups, All clans participate in 3 Squad matches (Best of 3).
3. Top 10 Clans in each group will advance to the Grand Final.
[Grand Final]
2. 20 clans will play 3 Squad matches (BO3) to fight for the final glory, and take home 8000 USD prize pool!
[Scoring Rule] 1. Any given clan’s game result is calculated by the sum of Rank Points and Kill Points per opponent killed:
2. Top Clans Tournament Official Committee will ensure gameplay stability as best to their ability during competition. However, the risk of encountering unexpected glitches or game crashes may still exist. If any unexpected circumstances occur, Top Clans Tournament Official Committee may reserve the right to perform necessary actions.
3. Top Clans Tournament Official Committee may consider compensating participants with their average or standard score whichever is higher for whoever encounteres unexpected glitches or game crashes. Participants are suggested to proactively reach out to Top Clans Tournament Official Committee with supporting evidences at their earliest convenience.
4. If one-third of all the participating clans are affected from a match due to glitches or game crashes, Top Clans Tournament Official Committee reserves the right to call a rematch or offer compensation. However, the match must go on unless otherwise stated.
5. Top Clans Tournament Official Committee is responsible for recording and sharing the end results of all matches history.
[Spirit of the Rules] 1. All decisions especially with regards to interpretation of any regulations, player eligibility, scheduling, staging of the Top Clans Tournament Official Committee, and penalties for misconduct, lie solely with the Top Clans Tournament Official Committee.
2. Top Clans Tournament Official committee’s decision with respect to all the rules and regulations cannot be appealed and shall not give rise to any claim for monetary damages or any other legal or equitable remedy.
3. All the given rules and regulations are subjected to modifications at Top Clans Tournament Official Committee’s ease to obtain the best interest of fair play and the integrity of the Top Clans Tournament.
4. Top Clans Tournament Official Committee at all times may act as the necessary authority to preserve the best interests of the Top Clans Tournament. This power is not constrained by the lack of any specific languages in this document.
5. Top Clans Tournament Official Committee may use any forms of punitive actions at their disposal against any entity whose conduct is not within the confines of the best interests of the Top Clans Tournament.
6. Clans are expected to play at their best at all times and to avoid any behavior inconsistent with the principles of good sportsmanship, honesty, or fair play.
