My problem start in two times block out of electricity my character got error i cannot control the mouse and chinese name appear in the lobby so i close the ros and i try to log in again but same problem occour in the lobby cannot control my mouse and chinese name appear so i decide to repair my client and i click the datiled repair but now cannot patch and say failed to retrieve patches. Please check your network and try again. Then i un installed the ros and install again but same problem occour and say failed to retrieve patches and please check your network and try again. How can i play ros if same problem occour i try to un install ros and install again but always they same.

Did not work i use vpn hideclip but it stock in verifying (doesn't use data) 0.47%

Hello jorgekalibre,

I am also very confused of this problem occuring, as re-installing the game can always fix any problem regarding ros's startup problems.
Here's what I can do, I will forward this to my seniors and see if they can fix it.

Our seniors said that using a VPN should do the trick. Maybe try other VPNs?

Try using force VPN or psiphon pro. It should fix the issue. if it gets stuck on verifying data, just let it be. It should be finished in a minute or two.

I have faced this question in Thailand as well, what I noticed is that, right now our download file is corrupted (somehow)
So I suggest for the time being, using www.rulesofsurvivalgame.com to download the game instead, until it is fixed.

Not sure if you have the same issue as us, but do give it a try and tell me if you still can't
