DIAMONDS RECHARGE TO REMOVED MATCHMAKING RESTRICTIONS

I'm having a hard time communicating in email to RoS Support <gamerulesofsurvival@service.netease.com> they can't even do their job on checking and even understanding my reply. They asked me to recharge my diamonds amounting to 1320 diamonds to be able to remove the matchmaking restrictions. I already recharge/ top up 1440 diamonds which is exceeding what they want but still they don't remove the matchmaking restrictions and still I can't able to start the game and play. They keep saying I just recharge 840 diamonds! I keep giving complete details and attachedments for the top up and screenshots of cummulative top up showing how many diamonds it was. Why it was hard for the support to understand simple things? Since ROS SUPPORT asked me to recharge the diamonds to be able to remove the restrictions that was I did and start to top up dated January 17 to January 19,2019. January 17 were 600 diamonds and January 18 to 19 were 840 diamonds, in total 1440 diamonds. Hope you can help me with this.

I already did that before posting here and even send much complete details of top up I made. They requested me to recharge the diamonds but after doing that they keep replying that I just recharge 840 diamonds. They forgot to count top up I made on January 17 which is 600 diamonds already which makes it 1440 diamonds. Every time I tried to contact them they keep sending the same email even I provide detailed reports. Do they have chat support so that I can really talk to them?

Hello xiankaizen,

I can't really give the solid answer with regards to the issue but I can somehow explain the part of NetEase on why it was not credited.
The issue lies somewhere between the official date of when the recharge diamond was issued. For instance, the official date that was issued by NetEase for diamond recharge does not involve the day prior to it possibly due to the late verification of your account having negative dias.

Example:

Player A has negative diamonds starting January 1, 2019 with negative dias amounting -1500.
Player A has started refunding diamonds by about 400 diamonds on January 9, 2019
Player A has been reported to have negative diamonds by January 10, 2019 and has been issued for diamond recharge to be allowed on MatchMaking.
Player A has charge 200 diamonds on January 11, 2019
Player A continuously charge diamonds on January 12 - 15 amounting to 1300 diamonds
Player A was still requested to charged 400 diamonds since the official date of being issued for Diamond refund did not involved the
January 9, 2019 diamond recharge.

However, the abovementioned explanation is just an assumption of what might happen for the amount of diamonds that did not add to the diamond recharge. If in case they won't reply still on the given issue despite the actual transaction order & code  together with all its credentials then we can try to forward this one to our superiors.

When they asked me to recharge the diamonds to be able to remove the matchmaking restrictions was the time when I start to top up. I also provide the detailed transactions I made but they still didn't count the first 5 top up I made. But the restrictions was already removed after top up of 1920 Diamonds just to get back my account. Sad thing It was not really my fault why it was on negative diamonds and I reported it immediately but they still don't fix the diamonds, I thought top up will solve the issues but it was just reflect with the negative diamonds. Which make it worse because I have to paid for the diamonds that I really don't used or received. As of now I'm already able to play the game with my account and on positive diamonds. Hope this thing won't happen again with my diamonds. Thank you for the reply.

I only purchased diamonds using google play because I don't want to be in trouble with my gaming account for all the games I played. I noticed there were differences on the date and time of the transactions I made in google play and with the developer and maybe that's the reason why they didn't count my 1st 5 transactions. I think it was posted late on the developer since it was timely recorded in google play transactions.
