  I just realized that one of my friend who is a 100% cheater whom I reported frequently but still didn't get banned have finally been ban and had been posting in the poll about how rich he is and how he being a donator didn't received justice out of being banned. Well in fact, he obviously is cheating since the stats don't lie. With the amoutn of percentage in damage and his average kills and win rate, he is definitely one of those RICH   C H E A T E R S .

    ROS Devs have banned him without even any updates on my mail saying he was permanently banned or anything. So guys, ROS are doing their job to investigate really. And if you're wondering you don't have
feedbacks in report, it is because not all verified reports and sent, it's something that devs are doing.

Of course they do apply permanent suspensions on cheaters accounts, like all gaming enterprise, they are not obligated to provide feedback on reports. But we have to admit as well that the preventive system is still banning legit players just because they are massively reported. I've just experienced it, almost a year playing the game and about 3-4 months as a moderator and my account got temporary suspended (3 days).

That's why im putting the word Perma Ban sir. I know about the idea on massive reports, but my thread is about how perma ban works in terms of mail feedbacks. ^_^ *peace out*

Permament ban does apply for devices, IP and account itself :)

Obvious cheater killed me so I reported him.
I added him as friend and he accepted it.
after 2days, he got verified and banned.
the next day, he is playing again!
he's definitely cheater.
