help me too sir i buy 100 load to mobiamo and i send it to PW100 to 2800 and i buy successfully but it didnt appear in my ros account please help us kindly

Please note: Netease IS NOT responsible for this issue and CAN NOT solve the case as it is a transaction failure which is the responsibility of Paymentwall/Mobiamo. Netease only delivers the diamonds as soon as the payment was verified.

good day staff of ros . i tried to purchase the monthly offe, load and when im going to buy it through mobiamo it does send  pin/codes to my number. but the code is invaled  nothing happened it's been like 4 hours now ( now what to do mods ? please kindly help me i wanna purchase the discounted monthly pass ( so badly i need your reply asap here is my screenshots

Please be guided that all details about the transaction must be present and are available upon issuing your concern to the payment holder that process the transaction. Any details such as the date & time of purchase, the amount used to pay, the code given (for load transaction, etc.), and the OR number that was given to you upon purchase. As soon as you have these credentials kindly go to the following links to verify your concern and given thorough attention or refund if instances calls for it.
