No game audio when mic is turned on??? Playing on iPad Air 2

Hi everyone,

I have been having this problem since yesterday where all of my in-game audio and music cuts out as soon as I turn my mic on by pressing the little microphone button on screen.  All I can hear is my teaammates talking, but the game is unplayable with no sound in-game.  Has anyone had a similar issue and know how to fix it?  I really enjoy this game but I honestly can't play with no audio, so I would really appreciate some help with this bug.  This has never happened before yesterday, so it must be some kind of new bug.  Am I the only one experiencing this???  I play on an ipad with headphones.

Hi,

I haven't used other audio devices, but I would like to use my headphones.  It's not an issue with the headphones because like i said I can hear my teammates, and I have full audio when my mic is off.  Also I've been playing this game for a couple weeks now and I've never experienced any issues until yesterday.  Now whenever I put on my mic all I can hear is my teammates with no in-game sound or music or anything.  This is frustrating, I don't understand what is going on or why i am the only one experiencing this.  I want to be able to play with headphones for so many reasons, and it worked fine before!

Hi Okk,

Thank you for your help.  I disconnected my headphones and the game audio was working again.  Then I reconnected my headphones and the problem seemed to sort itself out.  It's fixed now, so thanks again!

Okay guys I figured out the problem, the game does not support the use of bluetooth headphones.  Maybe the devs should be made aware of this, a lot of people are complaining about it in the feedback section of the game.
