Help me fix this ros.exe is not a valid win32 application

I always play ROS with my friends using Cellphone but they switched on playing ros in pc, when I downloaded the game in the pc I got this and I dont know how to fix it

For me it seems the game wasn't properly installed, if you have an Anti-Virus I recommend disabling it and re-download the game & reinstall it.
Make sure you have administrator privileges.

Please make sure your Windows computer is up to date as well as all your drivers,

If you have not already download and update your DirectX, Then uninstall and reinstall the game.

i guess while you are downloading the game installer, your internet connection was interrupted...

Does ROS run on windows xp? because I think my father wouldn't let me update our pc because our hp printer only works with windows xp and he uses our printer for almost everyday because of his work. is there anything I can do to make things work wihtout changing our Windows computer?

If your printer worked with XP, it would definitely 99.9% work with higher versions of Windows. My printer was from 2003 and it runs on Windows 10. Yours isn't older, is it?
